man, then I have alot of work ahead of me. I'm 34 and have 2 young boys. Ain't no mountain high enough, you know. A little plastic surgery & I'm good to go.

I had a trainer for 10 weeks (Free) and I sucked all the info out of her that I could.. one of the most disheartening things is that "quick fix, quick broken" so its going to take about a year before I get my waistline back... but I want it to stay back :nod:
